Oneberri Jam Circle is a space to share original music, poetry or spoken word, while inviting everyone in the circle to improvise and create together.
Guidelines
Mindful Volume: Keep your instrument at a volume that balances well with everyone else.
Only Original Material: No covers.
What to Bring
An instrument: Voice counts!
Cushion: Something comfy to sit on.
Optional: Fruit or healthy snacks to share with the group.
Format
Opening Circle: 1 minute meditation and introductions.
Jam Circle: Potluck-style. One person shares original music, poetry, spoken word or simply starts a jam. Everyone is invited to participate by improvising with their own voice or instrument, creating a shared musical experience.
Closing Circle: Share closing thoughts, followed by a 1-minute meditation.
Social Time: Hang out, chat, and connect with others.
All Levels Welcome
